Once your order is received, please allow 3–5 business days for preparation before shipment.
Orders processed through our Hong Kong warehouse are shipped from Shenzhen. It typically takes 3–4 business days for delivery and customs clearance to Hong Kong before air shipping to your destination. Tracking ID will be available within 2–4 business days.
Shipping methods and carriers vary depending on your location. If you purchase the accessories separately, we will ship them via parcel post.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email.
Estimated delivery time:
- Regular orders: 7–15 business days after shipment
- Pre-orders: within 30 days after shipment
- Accessories only: 7–30 business days
Please note: Customers are responsible for any additional fees resulting from redirect requests after shipment. Public holidays such as Christmas may extend delivery time.
The product will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and up to date. DuRoBo is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or outdated addresses.
To prevent address-change fraud, shipping information cannot be modified once the order is confirmed. If you need to correct your address before shipment, please contact us at support@durobo.com to cancel and reorder. Once the package is dispatched, both cancellation and address modification are unavailable.
Delivery is considered complete when the customer or an authorized recipient takes possession of the product. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery. If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons, additional re-shipping or handling fees may apply.
DuRoBo is not liable for delays caused by
circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited
to:
- Natural disasters such as earthquakes,
floods, fires, or severe weather conditions
- Strikes, labor disputes, or industrial actions affecting carriers or
suppliers
- Customs inspections, import/export
restrictions, or other governmental actions
- Global or regional transportation
disruptions, including port congestion or flight cancellations
- Delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete
customer information (e.g., incorrect address or contact details)
