Refund Types

| Full Refund |
- The device is defective upon arrival or fails to function properly. - Wrong item received. - Order canceled before shipping. |
| Partial Refund |
- Product returned for personal reasons. - Product inspected and found free of quality issues, yet the customer still requests a return. - Missing accessories or damaged packaging will result in a partial refund based on their assessed value. |
Important Note:
1. If a package shows obvious shipping damage upon delivery,
please refuse the package, take photos as evidence, and contact
customer service immediately. We will arrange a replacement or
refund once the damaged item is returned and verified.
2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If
the order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we can cancel
it and issue a full refund.
Return Process
1. Please confirm that you meet the return conditions listed
above.
2. Contact support@durobo.com to submit your return request.
3. After approval, customer service will provide the return
address and shipping instructions.
4. Ship the product back as instructed. Upon receipt, we will
inspect the item (typically within 7–15 business days).
5. If approved, we will initiate a refund within 8 business
days via the original payment method.
Shipping & Fees
All shipping and return-related fees are outlined below. Any transaction fees from currency conversion, as well as customs duties, are the responsibility of the customer. Returns that do not match the original purchase details may be subject to additional charges.
